The application identifier is com.gamedesignla.clownbounce.
This version of the policy applies to the game's testing phase, during which real online purchases are not yet enabled.
1. Data Controller and Contact Information
Game Design LA is responsible for processing the information it receives to provide support and manage Clown Bounce testing.
For privacy-related questions or requests concerning your data, please contact us at help@gamedesignla.com, using “Privacy — Clown Bounce” as the subject line.
2. Information Stored by the Game
Clown Bounce stores information on your device to preserve your progress and preferences. This information includes:
Scores and highest level reached.
Gameplay statistics.
Collected items and “My Circus” progress.
Nickname and local leaderboard records.
Language, sound, and other game preferences.
Status of assistance features and functions unlocked during testing.
The leaderboard in this version is stored locally: its records are not published on an online leaderboard or shared with other players through a leaderboard service.
Testing statistics are stored on your device. If you send us a screenshot or report, we will receive only the information you choose to share in that message.
You do not need to create a Game Design LA account to play.
3. Support and Participation in Testing
If you contact us by email or complete the tester form on the website, we will receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, location entered on the form, and the content of your message.
You may also voluntarily share technical information, such as your device model, Android version, game version, and screenshots.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, investigate errors, organize testing, and send you instructions related to your participation.
Signing up as a tester does not automatically subscribe you to advertising or promotional communications. Do not send passwords, banking details, or sensitive information that is not necessary to resolve your inquiry.
4. Advertising and Purchases
Clown Bounce does not contain advertisements.
Real-money purchases are disabled during this testing stage. The options in the simulated store do not process payments or request banking information.
Before enabling real-money purchases, we will update this policy to explain which provider processes them and what information is used to validate and restore purchases.
5. Website and External Links
The game includes links to the support page and this policy. When you open them, you access the Game Design LA website through your browser.
Website browsing, cookies, and forms are also governed by the Website Privacy Policy. The analytics tools used by the website should not be confused with the game’s locally stored statistics.
If you use external services, the processing performed by those services will be governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent the personal information you provide to us.
The email, hosting, and form providers we use may process the information necessary to receive and manage your inquiries or participation in testing. Their involvement is described in the website’s general privacy policy.
We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or a valid request from a competent authority.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
The game’s local data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove it through the Android application settings by selecting Clown Bounce and choosing the option to clear its storage or data.
This action deletes your local progress, items, statistics, and preferences. It does not delete messages you have sent us or information submitted through the tester form.
Backups managed by Android or other services on your device depend on their respective settings and must be managed through those services.
We retain support inquiries and testing participation data for as long as necessary to address them and manage the testing process. We then delete or anonymize this information unless a legal obligation or legitimate need requires us to retain it.
You may request the deletion of information you have provided to us by contacting help@gamedesignla.com.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, updating, or deletion of the personal data that Game Design LA holds about you, in accordance with applicable law.
To process your request, we may ask only for the information necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
In Argentina, you may also contact the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP), the supervisory authority responsible for Law No. 25,326.
9. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information we receive and limit access to those who need it to provide support or manage testing.
No system can provide absolute security. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected and avoiding the inclusion of personal information in nicknames or screenshots you share.
10. Children’s Privacy
You are not required to provide your real name, email address, or contact information in order to play.
If a minor needs to contact support or sign up as a tester, we recommend that they do so through a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal information that should be deleted, please contact us at help@gamedesignla.com so that we can review the matter.
11. Updates to This Policy
We will update this policy whenever the game’s features or the way information is handled changes.
The addition of an online leaderboard, real-money purchases, or other services involving new forms of data processing will be reflected on this page before they are enabled. Where applicable, users will also be informed within the application, and any necessary consent will be requested.
The date of the latest update will appear at the beginning of this policy.
