Por fin la nueva consola de Nintendo hace su llegada, un poco exhausta de correr contra dos o tres inconvenientes. Sus rivales, Sega Saturn y Sony PlayStation, se est\u00e1n comiendo el mercado, que hasta un tiempo atr\u00e1s estaba dominado por el SNES; por otro lado, muchos desarrolladores se hab\u00edan distanciado de Nintendo, cansados de tanta pol\u00edtica restrictiva, que inclu\u00eda controles de calidad muy dif\u00edciles de aprobar y exclusividades que imped\u00edan vender los juegos en simult\u00e1neo con otros sistemas.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>No tiene grandes problemas la compa\u00f1\u00eda japonesa en recuperar su porci\u00f3n del pastel. En s\u00f3lo un a\u00f1o habr\u00e1 vendido casi cuatro millones de Nintendo 64 y para el final de la vida de la consola, en 2003, m\u00e1s de treinta y dos millones en todo el mundo.
